Affordable Housing with SystemVision 1 day Description This class is an introduction to SystemVision in affordable housing and the BASIC building science that is applied in constructing these homes. We explore and discuss current building techniques employed by general contractors, framers, insulators, and HVAC subcontractors and the changes required in order to meet the SystemVision program standards. Part of the course focuses on the administrative processes that are required when participating in the SystemVision Home Program administered by N.C. Housing Finance Agency.
