Payments and Refunds Payment is due with your registration. If registrant cancels two weeks or more before an event, a full refund will be made. Cancellations made less than two weeks before the event carry an 80% refund. There will be no refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of the event.

A confirmation letter with hotel information and directions will be sent after registration form and payment are received.
