Nathan Holder, C.E.M. RECOGNITION License, Fundamentals of Engineering ACCOMPLISHMENTS Prior to joining Advanced Energy, Nathan Holder worked with Dickinson & Associates Inc., a forensic engineering consulting firm, performing vehicle accident reconstruction investigation and testing fall protection systems. He also worked as a cooperative engineer at Progress Energy’s Shearon Harris nuclear plant, working with the rapid response team to predict equipment failure of pumps and motors through vibration, thermography and lube-oil analysis. Holder began work at Advanced Energy in 2005 as a mechanical engineer for the organization’s Industrial and Commercial Solutions (ICS) team. He was the project manager of the Facility Assessment Program conducting energy assessments at various industrial and commercial facilities throughout North and South Carolina. He recommended energy saving opportunities in productivity, quality and energy efficiency. Since 2005, Holder has provided more than $6 million in energy savings for more than 65 industrial and commercial facilities. Today, Holder is dedicated to conducting energy assessments and identifying energy saving opportunities for industrial and commercial facilities. His contribution helps industries improve output, reduce energy costs per unit and improve product quality and overall efficiency.
