Dr. Carolyn S. Turner (public member)

Dr. Turner, former Associate Professor of Housing in the Department of Human Environment and Family Sciences at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University, joined the Board in January 1994. Dr. Turner served on the Department of Energy's State Energy Advisory Board and is former President of the American Association of Housing Educators. She conducted research studies concerning residential energy, housing for groups with special needs, and manufactured housing.
