Dr. Carolyn S. Turner (public member)

NC A&T State University, Greensboro, NC

Dr. Turner, Associate Dean for Research at North Carolina A&T State University, joined the Board in January 1994. Dr. Turner serves on the Department of Energy's State Energy Advisory Board and is former president of the American Association of Housing Educators. She conducts research studies concerning residential energy, housing for groups with special needs, and manufactured housing.
