Fred Alphin (public member)

Mr. Alphin was formerly Counsel for the North Carolina Farm Bureau Federation, Inc. and all of its affiliate companies. He served as a member of the Tenth Judicial District Bar, the Wake County Bar, the North Carolina Bar Association's Board of Governors, and also served as Chairman of all corporate lawyers for the North Carolina Bar Association. Alphin holds a BS degree in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He was appointed to the Board in 1997.
