Dr. Leigh Hugh Hammond (public member)

Dr. Hammond, former executive director of the North Carolina Retired Government Employees, joined the Board in 2003. Dr. Hammond is a former commissioner of the North Carolina Utilities Commission. His previous work experience also includes the North Carolina Community College System, North Carolina State University and the North Carolina Department of Administration.
