Randy Brecheisen (utility member)

Piedmont Electric Membership Corporation, Hillsborough, NC

Mr. Brecheisen is president and chief executive officer of Piedmont Electric Membership Corporation. He joined the Board in March 1996, representing Carolina Electric Cooperatives. A graduate of North Carolina State University with BS degrees in Engineering Operations and Electrical Engineering, Brecheisen also holds an MBA degree from Duke University.
