Changing With the Times: Responding to Customer Needs

The training and service needs of Advanced Energy customers are growing and expanding, as are the numbers and types of clients seeking our assistance and expertise. Our training programs are being transformed, with regard to altered facilities, new and updated course offerings and new customer demographics. News items in this column focus on these important and exciting changes.

Skills center closed, training to go on
The Heat Pump Skills Center in Troy, N.C., closed at the end of March due to shifting customer needs. Though this site will no longer be used, other facilities are in the works and the training will go on. Read more...

Goodbye Duct School, hello Building Diagnostics
The Duct Diagnostics and Repair Training Program offered by Advanced Energy for the last seven years, commonly known as The Duct School, has been replaced by a new course called Building Diagnostics I.
