She has professional and management experience in the service, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, energy management and healthcare industries. Today, Gardner is responsible for forecasting, planning and executing the recruitment process for Advanced Energy’s staff and administers the organization’s performance management process. MY PHILOSOPHY ON ENERGY EFFICIENCY It is important to stay abreast of the issues relating to energy and strive to live our lives in a way that minimizes our impact on the environment. We can do this through simple actions such as recycling, reducing waste, composting organic matter, telecommuting and actively conserving water and energy.
