Patricia McDonald RECOGNITION Certification, Payroll (FPC) ACCOMPLISHMENTS Patricia McDonald supports Advanced Energy in a variety of ways. In human resources, she administers and reviews employee benefit programs, conducts employee orientations and terminations and administers the payroll. McDonald is responsible for coordinating functions for the Board of Directors. McDonald is also project manager for Advanced Energy’s Industrial and Commercial Solutions team. She manages projects for energy efficiency, transportation and motors. McDonald began her career with Advanced Energy in 1984. In 1989 she decided to expand her experience working with Healthcare Business Resources and SouthLight, supporting key personnel. Patricia returned to Advanced Energy in 2000. MY PHILOSOPHY ON ENERGY EFFICIENCY Energy efficiency is important to our environment and well being. Awareness is the key to understanding the benefits of energy efficiency.
