Vicky McCann Account Manager McCann serves as liaison for some of Advanced Energy's larger utility customers, including Progress Energy, North Carolina Electric Membership Corporation and Dominion North Carolina Power. She is responsible for managing existing account service as well as developing future relationships. In coordinating their needs with the delivery of appropriate services, she assists these customers in setting and achieving ambitious goals for the future as they face re-regulation and other changes. Throughout her career, McCann has focused on fostering lasting relationships with clients through one-on-one interaction. Her previous work experience includes a job as publications administrator at PAREXEL International Corporation in Boston. There, she assisted in the sales and marketing of newsletters and research publications to the pharmaceutical industry. McCann also held the position of advertising account manager for a non-profit organization in Arizona, where she was responsible for overseeing 200 international advertising accounts. Additionally, she worked in advertising sales at a television news station in Texas for national accounts. McCann holds a degree in economics from Boston University. McCann joined Advanced Energy in 1999 as a Sales Administrator
to support the sales and marketing activities of the business
development department. With a year's experience learning about
the industry and many years of experience in sales, marketing,
and advertising, she made a natural transition to becoming an
account manager in charge of servicing utility accounts.
