Advanced Energy provides our process heating expertise across multiple industry sectors and equipment types. We helped our customers increase oven efficiency, reduce natural gas costs and remove production bottlenecks. We've calculated project payback for electric boilers, tested oven efficiency and decreased product curing times.
Our services range from a full process evaluation considering all the process heating in your facility to more focused projects that may only evaluate a single machine or stage of production. After a phone interview or site visit, our engineers can generate an economic evaluation of any proposed modifications. This evaluation includes initial cost estimates based on our experience with previous installations and understanding the requirements of your process. The analysis also considers improved efficiency and energy costs.
Many customers only need this economic analysis to make a decision on proceeding with the proposed improvements. However, some customers ask us to perform product testing either at our lab in Raleigh or at their facility. Based upon the test results, we may also be asked to help develop the equipment specifications that are sent out for bid.
