NCSEA Conference

I took AE’s LEAF to the NC Sustainable Energy Association’s Making Energy Work Conference, held at the Raleigh Convention Center on Wednesday, November 9. It was a great conference with excellent speakers and presentations. I talked to a bunch of people who were very interested in the LEAF and the other PEVs on display. They had some good questions about the vehicles and I think a few are even considering getting one for themselves! Overall, a great event. Nice job, NCSEA!

Advanced Energy’s LEAF will be at the Midtown Farmers Market at North Hills tomorrow, 10/15, from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm. Come by to celebrate National Plug-In Day (though technically that’s on Sunday, 10/16) and see the LEAF!

Plug-In Electric Vehicle & Infrastructure Workshop

I took AE’s LEAF to the Clean Transportation Education Project’s Plug-In Electric Vehicle and Infrastructure Workshop today. It was a great event with excellent presentations on charging station permitting, electric vehicles and smart grid, and a case study on charging station installations.
