Services
Phase 1: Project Initiation
We’ll meet with your staff to review projects previously undertaken on your decarbonization journey and to understand your goals, budget and more. Our team will provide a workplan including a timeline to complete the full building portfolio assessment.
Phase 2: Recommendations
We’ll work to develop a comprehensive GHG reduction plan that starts with assessing your most critical buildings, or those that offer the most potential for positive impact toward goals. Our team will perform an ASHRAE Level 2 energy assessment, a renewable energy evaluation and an EV infrastructure assessment at each facility (as applicable). We’ll document a prioritized list of upgrade recommendations with cost estimates, GHG impacts, relevant incentives and suggested time frames for implementation. We’ll deliver the plan to you as a report and presentation and will then help you keep the momentum going.
Phase 3: Implementation
We’ll create RFPs for the recommended projects to include both contractors and equipment. As an independent third party, we’re well positioned to serve as an unbiased technical partner in reviewing bids and helping to select contractors. We can then serve as your owner’s representative and oversee contractors through all aspects of a project, from permitting to installation, commissioning, testing and operation.
