Electric Transportation: Jacob Bolin
Jacob is the program manager of Plug-in NC, our statewide electric vehicle program. Since joining Advanced Energy in 2018, Jacob has led numerous electric vehicle initiatives in a variety of areas, including residential, multifamily and workplace charging.
Commercial and Industrial: Kim Harrington
Kim has been with Advanced Energy since 2019 and currently serves as the project manager for our commercial and industrial team. Working with our subject matter experts, Kim coordinates facility energy assessments, schedules and implements ISO 50001 cohorts and facilitates trainings on a range of commercial and industrial topics.
Affordable Housing: Ashley Cramer
Ashley joined Advanced Energy in 2023 and has experience in project and program management, as well as administrative assistance. Ashley manages SystemVision, our affordable housing guarantee program, and also oversees consulting work with various municipalities.
Residential: Jonathan Coulter
Jonathan has decades of experience working with residential stakeholders nationwide. He focuses on enhancing customer satisfaction, supporting the quality installation of emerging technologies and driving utility program success. He has also contributed to the development and ongoing refinement of state, regional and national guidelines, helping shape best practices across the industry.
Power Systems: Fatin Bhuiyan
Fatin Bhuiyan joined Advanced Energy in 2022 and is part of the IBR (Inverter Based Resources) power systems team, which focuses on distribution and transmission interconnected resources. He has experience with residential, commercial, and utility-scale renewable technologies, as well as microgrid systems. Fatin’s work supports the integration of renewable energy into the electric grid, helping to enhance system safety, reliability and performance across a range of applications.
Motors and Drives: Kitt Butler
Kitt has worked with the motors and drives team at Advanced Energy for more than 20 years. The team serves commercial and industrial facilities using motors and drives as well as those manufacturing, distributing, repairing and certifying motors and drives. Kitt has experience developing testing, training and consulting programs.
